Yesterday, my fiance and I applied for our very first apartment. Hello, excitement, stress, and other emotions I don’t even think have words attached to them. The apartment is in a small college town where I went to school, a town we call “The Twilight Zone Town” because it is so idyllic and magical to us. The Federal Reserve announced this week that a redesigned hundred-dollar bill is scheduled for release in October. This new bill has added anti-counterfeiting features such as a 3D security ribbon and a disappearing and reappearing image of the Liberty Bell on an inkwell. I personally love the feather quill pen and ink well, since I write and draw. I think other creative types will like that, too. I'm looking forward to seeing the fresh new "hundo".
