Hundreds of men and women gathered in the Kenyan capitol, Nairobi, to protest the attack on a woman "guilty" of wearing a miniskirt in public.

The Ugandan government has proposed a bill that will allow women to be arrested for wearing skirts above their knees in public. This proposed law, which directly targets women, isn’t entirely new to the Ugandan people.
