Portland's own Sallie Ford and the Sound Outside made their way to the BUST offices in NYC to soothe our aching earbuds with a stripped-down version of their rockabilly love song, "Shivers." During the first day of BUST’s three-day showcase at SXSW, we were graced with the beautiful sounds of dream-poppers Widowspeak at the Pussy Palace. The indie rockers’ Western-influenced sound was a perfect fit for Austin (duh), and Molly Hamilton’s soft-sung vocals created a chill, almost ethereal atmosphere.
