If I'm going to be completely honest this is the first I've heard about Lady Gaga for months, but let's forget about that for a minute.
Recently Gaga went to Mexico for a high school friend's wedding and as it turns out, she looks totally subdued as a bridesmaid. Just wavy blonde hair and a soft peach dress. There was nary an absurd colored wig or shawl constructed of slaughtered Kermits. Thank goodness.
I'm proud of her for taking this route. Though I gave my ... Read More
After initially postponing her US tour, Lady Gaga has now canceled all future concert dates in the US, which includes 21 upcoming concerts. After being left unable to walk following a concert in Montreal, Canada, Lady Gaga is currently preparing to undergo surgery repairing a labral tear in her hip, a surgery that calls for approximately six months of recovery

Azealia Banks, the formerly small-time badass rapper from Harlem, is making some big things happen. Most recently, Banks banged out some tunes with a couple big names in the biz.
In an interview with Brazil’s Mix TV, Banks confirmed rumors that she has been working with Lady Gaga, but explained that, oddly enough, the two collaborated “from afar” via the Internet.

Ladies – it’s time to celebrate. We are close to achieving a society in which women are no longer judged by their waistline or the number on the scale. A society in which young girls never, ever diet. A society in which fat ladies star on hit TV shows.
Or so the New York Times seems to think.
In a ridiculous article titled “Women On TV Step Off The Scale,” New York Times writer Alessandra Stanley argues that “Self-acceptance ... Read More

They say what goes on the internet stays on the internet, and it's true: the stars of today were the dorks of yesterday, making silly videos of themselves and posting them to youtube only to have them haunt them for the rest of their days. As for those who were around before youtube, well, their videos have been posted there by other helpful celebrity sleuths. Here are our top 10 favorites, featuring some of our favorite lady celebs.

We've been keeping a secret from you: we have an illegal BUST employee. He isn't on the payroll. We do pay him with love, a place to hang out during the day, and scraps. We thought it was time we fessed up and introduced you guys to our creative center, so we asked ... Read More

If, in 1996, I had possessed a crystal ball and chosen to look forward to 2012, six year old me would’ve been pumped. Cause for celebration? The fact that fashion has turned into a living, breathing Toys R Us store.
This picture of Lady Gaga has been making the Internet rounds, and her My Little Pony-inspired tresses are doing all the right things for me. She’s giving us Child of the Nineties realness, and she’s not the only one lately.

Lady Gaga is known for her preposterous outfits (both on and off stage), her risqué dance moves, and her support of the LGBT community. Now the pop star will be known for being the first foreign artist to be denied a concert permit by the Indonesian authorities.

As a child of the nineties, I have such a soft spot for the toys of my youth. Furbies were somehow cute and creepy at the same time, Skip-Its were practically the only way my mom could get me to exercise, and I'm pretty sure I thought my Lite Brite drawings had one up on Van Gogh's Starry Night.
I've gotten over most of my obsessions because, you know, I grew up or something. But every now and then, those old standbys get an update and my pigtails-sporting, ... Read More
