During her impressive career, Kelly Clarkson has dealt with a ridiculously unfair amount of weight-shaming. Just last month, on The Mike Gallagher Show, anchor Chris Wallace and host Mike Gallagher made some distasteful and straight-up rude comments about the Grammy Award-winning singer’s weight. While I may not agree with Miley Cyrus's every move (that was not a twerking pun, for the record), she's finally spouting some truth I can get behind: feminism. In an interview with BBC's radio program Newsbeat, Miley declared: "I feel like I'm one of the biggest feminists in the world because I tell women to not be scared of anything. I'm for anybody and everything. I don't care what you want to do in your life, or who you want to be with, who you want to love or what you look like."
