Another vendor that will be attending London’s Craftacular is Rebecca Coffee’s Millinery.
Coffee is a Milliner from London. She has been making hats for almost 2 years, since she quit her office job to do something more creative. With a degree in Textiles already under her belt, she enrolled in a Millinery class at Kensington and Chelsea College. She loved the course so much that she completed the full time program this past summer.
Coffee uses a variety of different materials in her designs. Read More

If you’re planning on attending the BUST Craftacular in London on November 28th, one consumable craft that you can look forward to is the gingerbread creations by Maid of Gingerbread, crafted by Emily Garland of Hackney.
Garland wanted a job that she could be creative with. Maid of Gingerbread is a baby company, officially created in August 2010. The idea to use gingerbread in creative ways came to Garland last May when she was invited to a circus-themed party. Read More

We were so delighted to see all walks of life loving up the handmade goodies that our vendors had to offer, while rocking out to the totally sweet tunes provided by our own Busty turntable divas. One of the appeals of accessorizing is that we can use ourselves as an outlet for artistic expression, re-designing an entire look with a necklace or making a statement with a brooche. At an early age, especially in educational environments where girls are required to wear identical uniforms, jewelry and accessories are how we express our individuality.
Appropriately, the word jewelry can be traced back to the Latin word jocale, meaning "plaything". The message, to me, seems clear: jewelry is meant to be decorative, fresh, and playful. Read More

BUST magazine would like to thank all the vendors and shoppers who came to the 2010 BUST Spring Craftacular yesterday. We hope you had as much fun as we did!
The turnout included families, fashionistas, and even some furry friends. It was great to see such a wide variety of people gathered in one place to support our independently owned artisans. (I was especially excited to be able to get a plate of perogies and a gin/tonic at the same place.)
If you entered the raffle, remember to check your email this week to see if you won!
The BUST Craftacular is one of our biggest events. Read More
