In case you hadn’t heard, the government is taking a little break (which does not mean you can smoke weed at school, kids). Also, in case you hadn’t heard, Senator Elizabeth Warren is a badass.
Monday night, she took to the Senate floor to call out Republicans for irresponsibly taking the U.S. economy hostage in order to get what they want. Warren explains that in order to uphold an archaic view on access to birth control, the Republican Party is ... Read More
Birth control is an extremely personal choice for each couple and for each woman. For some, an IUD feels risky, a condom less pleasurable, a daily pill impractical. Doctors are constantly on the lookout for breakthroughs that might allow for more convenient and safe contraception.
A recent push from both medical experts and the masses for “post-fertilization contraception” might provide a solution for some women. A ... Read More

What is it about this bill that's got their knickers in a twist? Are you sitting down? It's a ... Read More

Thousands of Ethiopian women in Israel are reporting receiving shots of Depo-Provera, a hormonal contraceptive, every three months in Israeli clinics without their knowledge or consent.

That’s right, Christian radio talk show host Kevin Swanson recently discussed some clearly accurate and well-researched findings that showed “there are these little tiny fetuses, these little babies, that are embedded into the womb…” of women using birth control pills. We know this is true because Swanson tells us that “certain doctors and scientists” have done this research. No one can argue with that hard evidence! Swanson ... Read More
