The weather is getting colder and the ultimate cuddle buddy is primed for its comeback: a book! Sometimes, a girl wants one to stretch the horizons of her brain (and not just her heartstrings--I'm talking about you Harper Collins Romance!), so it's great that books like New Art/Science Affinities exist.
The book, co-published by Carnegie Mellon University's Miller Gallery and the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry, is 190 pages of contemporary art focusing on artists that blend the lines of art, science, and technology. Read More

Utopia, the second song to be released from YACHT's new album, Shangri-La, is a super-fun, synth-pop dance song. As the duo sing “There’s nothing in the future / it’s up to us to make utopia” it's hard to not find your head bobbing about and dreaming about whatever fantastical utopian world they're going to create.

Happy Wednesday ya'll, here is a fun cover of X's "Nausea" by one of our favorites, Yacht.
I love X, and I've always loved this song, but it's funny, on this version, the words are much clearer, X's version is pretty raw, and I always thought Exene was singing "Nausea, bloody red eyes girl," but on this version, Claire L.
