Writer/director Jim Jarmusch’s latest art house happening, Only Lovers Left Alive, is definitely this rare sort of cinematic experience. A languorous, gorgeously detailed meditation on endless love, the film stars Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton as a vampire couple with impeccable taste. As if “The Scream” wasn’t incentive enough to head to The Museum of Modern Art, Tilda Swinton will be hanging out in a glass box periodically throughout the rest of 2013 as part of her piece “The Maybe.” Swinton previously performed this piece at London's Serpentine Gallery and at a museum in Rome.
Maybe it will be cool? According to museum sources, the Oscar-winning actress does not have a schedule of her appearances, and no one on staff knows exactly when she will spend her days in the box, or where the box will be located within the museum. Read More

Flawless as always, 2007 Academy Award winner Tilda Swinton is the new face of Chanel’s Pre-Fall Collection. According to Karl Lagerfeld, Swinton “perfectly embodies the Paris Edimbourg collection.” He further states, “she is a modern woman, a timeless icon of elegance.”

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to interview and photograph the amazing Tilda Swinton for our upcoming June/July issue, and here is a little taste of the full interview. She is discussing her acting career and the love of major transformation on screen, in this case as the matriarch Emma Recchi in the beautiful new Italian film I Am Love, directed by Luca Guadagnino.
