If the latest issue of New York Magazine is the big Fall Fashion issue, then why is Lake Bell gracing it in her birthday suit? Does the latest fall trend require me to bare my nipples to the world, too?
Correction— I suppose no nipples are necessary. Lake appears to shield those little bits with a false tattoo. Two leaves covering her nipples and a hand delicately placed over her crotch is now the height of haute couture. But seriously, where’s the fashion?

When you think of "cat fashion," you might think of cats in costumes or at least that's what google is giving me, but when I think "cat fashion," I think of these fantastically adorable Charlotte Olympia shoes. They are so ridiculously cute that I pulled a Rachel Zoe when I saw them and muttered something along the lines of, "ohmygosh, I die."
I found the red wedge version and oh look, it's on sale for only (ONLY?!) $895 at Bergdorf Goodman! Ok, so these beauties are a little (a lot) out of my price range, but at least they're super cute to look at. Read More
Our favorite "doen't give a fashion fuck" actress, Helena Bonham Carter is Marc Jacobs' latest muse and model for his Fall 2011 collection. Some of these photos are not exactly the most conventionally attractive, but that's exactly what makes them amazing. Right now the fashion world is oohing and ahhing over Elle Fanning's MJ campaign, but these photos are the real gems. A true style icon is someone who beats to the tune of her own drum. Only my second fashion show to date, the 2011 BFA Parsons Fashion Show was certainly an exciting one! This is a show that has previously help launch the careers of designers such as Marc Jacobs and Proenza Schouler at one of the most renowned fashion schools in the world. Other designer alums include Anna Sui, Narciso Rodriguez, Peter Som, and host/speaker of the event, Reed Krakoff. As the show began, I felt like I was bombarded with fashion, my head turning every which way. Read More
