Calling all women, liberals, and supporters of Gay Rights— Shhhh! Obama is sneaking you into the club. Solicitor General, Elena Kagan, has been selected to fill the seat of Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court. She would be only the fourth woman since Sandra Day O’Connor in 1981 to serve on the High Court, and breaking new ground in the US as one of three Justices that are women serving concurrently.
