Check out the goofy new video for “She’s Not Me,” a song off of Jenny Lewis’ most recent album, The Voyager. Lewis pays homage to her own child star days with the help of some famous friends: the video features Vanessa Bayer, Feist, Fred Armisen, and Zosia Mamet. Like deluxe sundaes from the sky that we’ve all been waiting for, Cherrytree/Interscope has announced that Feist will be dropping her highly anticipated album, Metals, on October 4th. This twelve-piece album comes four years after her internationally acclaimed The Reminder, which sold over 1,000,000 copies worldwide and provided one of the best soundtracks to an Apple iPod Nano commercial. Feist co-produced the project with longtime collaborators Chilly Gonzales and Mocky, as well as Valgeir Sigurðsson, who has worked with Bjork, Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy, and CocoRosie. Read More
Shary Boyle is a young Canadian artist residing in Toronto, Canada whose work dabbles on the darker side of life. Her sculpture, projections, paintings and drawings are eerie and undoubtedly beautiful. It seems her work possesses an overtly feminist point of view that doesn’t take itself too seriously.  Her sculpture is perfection. The pieces are intricate, well thought-out and simply fantastic. She has even collaborated with the likes of Feist and Peaches on some of her live projection art pieces for which she is best known. Read More
