They don’t say booty unless they’re talking about gold, and they don’t look at chests unless they’re filled with treasure. Who are they? The pirates of Key and Peele’s latest sketch, “Pirate Chantey,” and we love what they stand for! Take a look:

While it’s obvious the sketch is comedic, the topic is quite serious – aiming to educate (mainly men) about issues including rape, sex, harmful language, and gender norms. Read More

For weeks following the announcement that Jon Stewart would be leaving The Daily Show, people speculated about who would be the next host.
Here at BUST, we were anxious to see a woman’s name in the mix, and on Friday, we learned that our prayers came close to being answered.
Comedian Amy Schumer recently revealed that Comedy Central approached her for the gig. However, much to our disappointment, she turned down the offer. Schumer noted that the five-year contract is what ultimately caused her to pass up the coveted position of The Daily Show host. Read More

Calling all broads! In a recent video interview, the women of Broad City Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer dished about the making of season two of their hit Comedy Central show. The duo discussed taking the show to absurd levels, achieving a recognizable New York City, and most importantly of all, pegging.
As any fan knows, the most important feature of the show is the absurd situations the girls find themselves in. Read More
Inside Amy Schumer has been pumping out material that manages to make you laugh and make you think at the same time. The newest skit is no exception. If TLC’s Toddlers and Tiaras has taught us anything, it’s that the world of child beauty pageants is not as pretty as the kids competing in it are made to be. Amy Schumer parodies the show with her own edition: Babies and Bustiers.
Schumer stars as Amy Mayweather Sherman, a not so little (thanks to Fetal Red Bull Syndrome) girl who’s determined to win the title of Little Miss Hot as Balls. Read More

“I’m rich now,” Amy Schumer says, onstage at the Hollywood Improv, to a Saturday-night crowd. “I go to the waxing places that change the paper.” The 32-year-old comedian isn’t actually that wealthy, but it seems appropriate that she would address her newfound notoriety with a joke. After nearly a decade working the stage as a standup, Schumer now stars on Comedy Central’s Inside Amy Schumer, a stunningly subversive sketch show she created. Read More
Amy Schumer's created a booty culture video to rule them all: Co-starring Amber Rose, Jemima Kirke, Amber Tamblyn, and Method Man, "Milk, Milk, Lemonade" is the most blatant reminder that butts poop we've seen recently—and it's hilarious. Combining tight outfits and seductive glances with images of melted fudge, Schumer reminds us of the ridiculousness of our ass-obsessed culture. Read More

Getting antsy for the third season of Inside Amy Schumer to premiere on Comedy Central? Us too. It may be less than two weeks away (Tuesday, April 21 at 10:30 pm), but we're still eager for an Amy fix in the meantime. Luckily, the former BUST cover girl has plenty of material to hold us over: The first two seasons of her show were released on DVD this past Tuesday, and she'll be hosting the MTV Movie Awards this Sunday night (April 12). Strangers With Candy aired on Comedy Central for an exhilarating but brief bout at the turn of the millennium. The show was your typical high school melodrama, only starlet Amy Sedaris played a 46 year old recovered drug addict returning to school as a freshman. Sedaris intoxicated us as Jerri Blank with her fluttering lazy eye, underbite, turtleneck, and “fatty suit” induced F.U.P.A. She co-created and starred in the show alongside Paul Dinello and Stephen Colbert, and together they made a cult classic T.V. program full of raunchy humor and taboo subjects. Read More
Daniel Podosky was en route to Chicago when his plane briefly landed in St. Louis to avoid a storm brewing in the Windy City. After returning from the airport bathroom, he was kicked off the plane for his t-shirt, which read “Broad Fucking City."
Podosky claims he would have done what was asked of him, but the video he took of the altercation shows just the opposite: A Southwest Airlines' gate agent asked him to either change his shirt, put his jacket over it, or turn it inside out. Podosky refused to do any of these things, claiming it was his freedom of speech. Read More
In an age when un-retouched pictures of beautiful women are often considered scandalous, it can be kind of hard to keep up your own self-esteem. Yes, Beyoncé’s skin may not be perfectly ***Flawless, but who among us is without an occasional blemish? Looking "normal" is treated more and more like a deformity than simply being a human being (cellulite, stretch marks and acne, oh my!) and nobody can express how ridiculous this is better than the fierce and funny Amy Schumer.
