Well, the word at least. Sorry, was that baiting?
Brilliant friend of BUST Amy Schumer and the rest of the folks at her show, Inside Amy Schumer, made a stand against Comedy Central’s skewed codification system for dicks and pussies -- “dick” is vernacular, “pussy” is profane -- and they won.
The obscenely funny creator and titular star of Inside Amy Schumer, who cast a spell on BUST’s cover this April/May, joined the ... Read More
Come on, we never got out! They left us!
If you feel like your best friends have been on vacation in a remote desert without wifi ever since the first season of Broad City on Comedy Central wrapped up, then consider this trailer for the Jan. 14 premiere a sweet postcard that took four days for Abbi to buy, three days for Ilana to write, and a month for them to mail. We can’t wait to have these ladies back in our lives! Until then, reruns and ... Read More
Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, creators and stars of the webseries-turn-Comedy Central hit Broad City, are not so secretly feminist. Even just a quick google search for “Broad City feminist” yields pages of positive results.
So it should be no surprise to find that they definitely confirmed it in this Popsugar interview. “I would totally say I’m a feminist,” Jacobson says.
And unlike many celebrities, the two actually ... Read More

BUST cover woman Amy Schumer truly is the master of comedic timing. In the wake of Mother's Day, only she could come up with a sketch for tonight's new episode of Inside Amy Schumer that covers an innocent topic--the technological generation gap--with such fierce wit.
The sketch is as much about moms as it is technology. Schumer pinpoints all those wonderfully cringeworthy things moms do: touch your hair and clothes without your permission, ask for ... Read More
I just watched 3 minutes of Ilana Glazer rolling around a floor in bubble wrap and then smashing her face into a cake.
I know you are probably thinking, "Why the hell would you watch that?" Well personally I will watch anything Glazer does, as a huge fan of her Comedy Central show Broad City. The show itself started off as a web series created by Glazer and co-star Abbi Jacobson about two girls living a hysterically real and yet completely absurd life in Brooklyn. ... Read More
Okay, so Drunk History on Comedy Central is probably my new favorite show. I can’t watch even one segment without laughing to tears. It began as a Funny or Die series, which was created by Jeremy Konner and Derek Waters. What makes Drunk History so funny is the fact that they enlist actors to re-tell historical events, while being incredibly intoxicated. This show is majorly awesome!
Part of the hilarity is that the actors aren’t exactly accurate ... Read More
I feel like comedian Amy Schumer must wake up to every horrible sexual experience with a smile on her sweet Jennifer-Lawrence-meets-adorable-chipmunk face and a resigned feeling of, “lol okay.”
Schumer’s Comedy Central show, Inside Amy Schumer, has been on for bit now and it’s been an expectedly wacky ride of sexual misadventures. Most admirable is how Schumer takes the pervy crudeness and hyper-sexual world usually reserved for frat boys ... Read More

Comedy week doesn't have to stop after Saturday! As part of the second annual New York Funny Songs Fest, you can get your shits and giggles on in June too, at the CD release party for Brooklyn-based comedian, Rob Cantrell. You may know him for his LOL-able raps about being "married n shit" (below) and chillin' at a laundromat. Head over to Joe's Pub at 425 Lafayette Street in NYC on Saturday, June 1st to see Cantrell spit some rhymes off his new album, Keep On the ... Read More

If you’re like us, you’re counting down the days to the April 30th premiere of Inside Amy Schumer, the comedienne’s new sketch comedy series on Comedy Central. Now Schumer is helping quench our comedic thirsts with a live tour that kicks off at Bogart’s in Cincinnati, Ohio on February 28th, 2013.
The comic has been hard at work performing stand up since 2004, but she didn’t stop there. She was a contestant on NBC’s Last ... Read More

All of us here at BUST love ourselves some funny ladies. That’s why we're going to talk about how the online show Broad City is worth checking out for a good hearty laugh.
Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer are the creators and stars of the online comedy series Broad City. The 2-to-7 minute long webisodes depict life in the city for the two uncomfortably awkward twenty-somethings. And the ladies have been at it since 2010.
