Last night you went to bed, dreaming and wishing for new Arrested Development episodes. You said to yourself “don’t be silly, the show ended over six years ago, stop this pointless dreaming”. Then you awake to this beautiful day. You open the internet and are greeted with this:
“New ‘Arrested Development’ Season Coming to Netflix on May 26”
You wished this to life. You used “The Secret”. You’re afraid you just blue yourself. Read More

Michael: Did I just wake you up? I didn’t even know you were home.
Lindsay: No, Michael, I don’t just sleep all day.
Narrator: Actually, Lindsay was so upset at Michael that she tried meditating to calm herself but ended up taking a two-hour angry nap.
I have a confession to make y'all. I am 100% obsessed with tumblr (don't let the intentional lack of capitalization denote anything less than total reverence). I spend HOURS sorting through the following tags, in no particular order: feminism (duh!), DIY, and Arrested Development. Read More

Snuggle up with your boyfriend/girlfriend/”let’s not even put labels on it”-type person and listen to this Spotify mix of romantical indie covers, featuring Bat for Lashes, Florence and the Machine, and She & Him. Alternately, you can listen while standing in the corner and moving your own arms up and down your back so it looks like you’re making out with an invisible. Funny in 8th grade, still hilarious now!*
Find Tobias, and other brilliant Arrested Development Valentines, over at Flavorwire.
*It might be less hilarious now. Read More

There some excellent reading to look forward to in 2014! Arrested Development's Judy Greer is writing a book. Now, you might be thinking "I know that name, and I know that face..." You may also know her from Two and a Half Men or 27 Dresses. Yeah, her, the funny one. The book, aptly titled I Don't Know What You Know Me From: Confessions of a Co-Star, will be a collections of essays telling stories from her childhood to her life as an actress. Read More

BUSTies, get your Cornballers cornballing because there’s fantastic news about the Arrested Development reunion!
I, like every fan of the show (there are dozens of us! DOZENS!), pretty much blue myself when creator Mitch Hurwitz and the cast revealed at the New Yorker Festival that there would at long last be a reunion in the form of a brief mini-season (10 episodes) and a movie. (For those of you who are unfamiliar with the plight of the show, it was stupidly canceled during its highly acclaimed and popular third season and has since obtained cult status. Read More

As a kid, I never really understood the appeal of paper dolls. I needed a toy that could survive my rough and tumble antics at playtime, and the wispy slips of people-paper just couldn't keep up. In my tiny yet destructive hands, paper dolls easily (and often) became confetti.
Since I've grown up (I guess... I'm taller now, at least) I've mellowed out a little and have taken to watching online TV as an alternative to destroying my belongings. My newest Netflix addiction: Arrested Development. Read More
