Everyone’s favorite cartoon redheaded boy is set to star in a feature film adaptation of the 72-year-old comic series Archie. The live action movie will be directed by Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect) and the screenplay will be written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacsa (Glee). There have been TV show adaptations of the comic as well as a made-for-TV movie, but Riverdale crew has never hit the big screen before.

I'm not ashamed to admit, I'm a total Archie Comics nerd. When I was little, I spent my allowance on all issues I could find and have acquired quite a collection that I still dive into once in a while.
