108 yr old

A woman in Philadelphia was filmed by NBC celebrating her 108th birthday on Wednesday, and she used the opportunity to share her feelings about the President-elect on camera.

"I don't like Donald Trump," Marion Roth told the camera. "I don't like the fact that he's going to be our president. I think that's a terrible mistake for the whole country."

Same, Marion.

Maybe it's just us, but the opinion of a woman who has lived through over a dozen different presidents and was born before women even had the right to vote, seems pretty important and telling of our country's current situation. What's even more telling is how urgent this was to Roth — NBC was there to interview her about her secret to a long life, and she provided her comments on Trump completely unprompted.

All we can say is we hope Marion makes it to the next election, and can maybe finally see a woman become president.
