Since today is World Vegetarian Day, and since I LOVE being a vegetarian, I thought I’d celebrate by sharing links to some of my fave go-to veg recipes. Some have been seen here on bust.com before because they were too delicious to keep to myself. And some are appearing here for the first time even though I eat ‘em up every chance I get. Take a look and let me know in the comments what your favorite ways are to get your veg on!

Kale Chips – the world’s most perfect snack!

“Antarctic” Mac and Cheese – comfort food perfection from the Sea Shepherd!

Apple Pie Smoothie – awesome for breakfast!

Tofu Feta – try it in salads, over rice, or straight from the bowl!

Eggplant Bacon – smoky, salty, chewy, yum!
