Alexa Wilding, one of BUST's favorite singer/songwriters, has recorded a new cover of "Wicked Game" with her friends Erika Spring and Heather D'Angelo of Au Revoir Simone. Called the "neo Stevie Nicks" by the New York Times, Wilding infuses Chris Isaak's tune with dreamy vocals, and Spring's twanging dulcimer lends the track a subtle haunted quality.  Check out the cover on Soundcloud, and while you're there, take a listen to Alexa Wilding's newly released album, Coral Dust, which you can stream online. C-SPAN has a pretty cool Presidents Day gift for us all. The network, along with the White House Historical Association, is producing a year-long series of documentaries about the first ladies of America. Andrea Diodati’s Fall 2013 collection, titled The White Fall, is a collection made up of cotton candy separates and sugary sweet styling. In NYC’s lovely All Souls Chapel, the scene was set with sparkling lemonade, pink cotton candy via Handsome Dan’s and a live performance by songstress and pianist, Nibia. Police in Papua New Guinea have charged two people with the disturbing murder of a 20-year-old woman accused of practicing witchcraft. Kepari Leniata was stripped naked, assaulted with a hot iron rod, drenched in gasoline, and burned alive on a heap of trash and car tires earlier this month.  Hundreds of people looked on while Leniata burned to death, including many children and teenagers.
