We love Lizzo, and her new web series, “Big GRRL Small World” just proves how hilarious she is. The whole concept of the first episode asking the hard questions at the Minnesota State Fair, with ridiculous results. She goes around messing with people and even asking them for some of their food. Some of the best features are the Minnesotans who seem genuinely disinterested, confused, and mostly out of it. We can’t forget that Lizzo is also an extremely talented rapper. Maybe you’ve heard her song...
Lena Dunham is a woman of many talents. She can write, act, direct, and apparently give some pretty sweet advice. Much like Girls’ Hannah Horvath’s advice column “Holla At Hannah” from her college days, Dunham has been dishing out the advice in her new “Ask Lena” YouTube miniseries.  Dunham has been accepting questions from fans to promote her new book Not That Kind Of Girl, set to a whimsical hand-drawn background of a writer's office overlooking the NYC skyline. Well that was me after watching Aziz Ansari, who was featured in this feminist magazine, hilariously explain feminism on Late Night with David Letterman. Ansari tells “Late Night” host David Letterman that his girlfriend is a “big feminist” and she has influenced him. He simply explains, “To the people who didn’t clap I don’t believe you. If you look up feminist in the dictionary, it just means someone who...
Lena Dunham, star and creator of the HBO hit series Girls, is a longtime supporter of Planned Parenthood, which is why they are teaming up with the writer on her book tour. This month the two partner to both promote Dunham’s new book Not That Kind Of Girl in nine cities and to educate women and men about prevalent health issues. Audiences who attend Dunham’s readings and appearances on her tour are in for a big treat! Not only will they hear her hilarious collection of essays but...
