These New Face Masks Are Good Enough To Eat

by BUST Magazine

Stay Golde

WHEN TRINITY MOUZON WOFFORD launched Golde—a line of tonic powders featuring turmeric, cacao, and matcha—her goal was to make the “luxury” of mainstream wellness more accessible. Now she’s added a beauty angle, using her superfood ingredients to create two new face masks ($34 each, golde.co). The earthy-smelling Lucuma Bright is jammed with fruit enzymes for exfoliation—it left my sensitive skin a little on the dry side so maybe save this one for curbing greasy breakouts. But Clean Greens, which includes chlorella and spirulina, gave my face a long-lost glow and made it soft as a baby’s booty (having recently given birth, my reference point is fresh). With no clay, fillers, or preservatives, these masks are ripe for pairing with other natural ingredients like honey or yogurt, and you can also just throw them in your damn smoothie for an internal-external double-wellness-whammy.
