You Eat This?!

I was wandering around the Serious Eats website, a food blog about chow in the NYC area, and spotted this odd baked good. In Barbara Kingsolver's book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle, you can find a recipe for Frida Kahlo's Pan de Muerta, which is a traditional Day of the Dead treat made to honor those that have passed on. While being a sicky-poo this weekend I caught up on YouTube videos and boy, I found a unique diddy. Jack's (wouldn't it be nice to be on a first name basis with him? I think so) most recent project, The Dead Weather, just put out a new video for the single I Cut Like A Buffalo a couple of weeks back and I can't believe I am this late in seeing it!
